2pm – Guests Arrive/ Bride & Crew Wait at Home
When everyone is ready (around 2:30) - Ceremony
30 Minutes later - Ceremony ends (and group photo)
Next - Drinks reception for guests; the couple escape for photos.
Next - Dinner call
Next - Toasts during dessert? (Van, Todd, Judy, David, Carol)
Next - Cake cutting
Next – Dancing Starts (we have a DJ!)
Turn out the lights, the parties over (when it’s over)!
Please Register for the event prior to 27-May-2023 by clicking the "Register" button to the left of this text.
If you're bringing another person, make sure to click the "Add guest" button in the "Guests registration" section.
As you enter your information, look for the "Next" or "Done" buttons at the bottom right of the screen; you're not finished until you click the "Confirm" button!
Assuming you entered your email correctly, you should receive a confirmation email in short order.
The wedding and reception will (ideally) take place outside the main clubhouse.
We intend to supply non-alcoholic beverages, beer, champagne, snacks, a bit of cake, and smoked ribs for the reception.
You are encouraged to bring pot-luck style food and beverages to share with attendees.
If the first letter of your last name is between A and M, you are encouraged to bring a small main dish and a salad.
Last names between N and Z are encouraged to bring a small main dish and a dessert.
There will be a DJ (so wear dancing shoes) as well as other fun outdoor activities. You are encouraged to dress casually.
There is no need for gifts as your presence is our present!
For those of you that may be traveling…
- There are only two ways to get on the island:

- From the East, take the Seattle/Bainbridge ferry; the voyage takes approximately 35 minutes; costs depend on how you travel. The ferry landing is only minutes from the Club.
- From the West, driving through Poulsbo, cross the Agate Pass Bridge to get on the island. Once you cross the bridge, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the Club.
- There are a few hotels on the island and many in Poulsbo (use google). The Clearwater Resort/Casino (just west of the Agate Pass Bridge) is large, only 15 minutes away, and is a LOT of fun!
